This is an open tender for the procurement of 50 metric tons of high-quality Yellow Corn Grains. We are seeking bids from qualified and reliable suppliers capable of meeting the specifications and delivery requirements outlined below.
Product Specifications
- Commodity: Yellow Corn Grains (for animal feed or human consumption - to be specified by bidder)
- Quantity: 50 Metric Tons (MT)
- Quality: Grade No. 2 or better, current crop year.
- Moisture Content: Maximum 14%
- Broken Kernels & Foreign Material: Maximum 3%
- Aflatoxin Levels: Must meet international safety standards (e.g., below 20 ppb).
- Packaging: To be delivered in 50 kg polypropylene (PP) bags, clearly marked with product name, weight, and origin.
Delivery Terms
- Delivery Location: Port of Alexandria, Egypt
- Delivery Deadline: Within 30 days of contract award
Submission Requirements
- Bidders must provide a price quotation per metric ton.
- A certificate of origin and a quality analysis report from a reputable inspection agency are required.
- Bidders should include their company profile and evidence of past performance in similar supply contracts.
